Have been on WC from USPS since 1991. 6 back surgeries, 2 neck surgeries. 73 years old and have been assigned a Rehabilitation Counselor to find me a job.
Was sent to a WC doctor whose first question to me was, "What the F are they sending you to me for?"
On his OWCP 5 that he sent back to DOL he entered that I could work 8 hours a day sedentary work, contrary to telling me to go back home, because he wasn't going to disagree with the 11 prior doctors that I was permanently and totally disabled.
I have submitted 3 OWCP 5's since then from 3 different doctors. 1 Pain doctor, 2 different orthopedic doctors, but DOL is still pressing forward on what their doctor entered on his report.
My present orthopedic doctor has told them to put me on OPM DISABILITY RETIREMNET.
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY THOUGHTS THAT THEY COULD SHARE WITH ME?
